Spend your holiday in one of the most beautiful mountain villages in Switzerland and enjoy the wonderful view of the Grisons mountains. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and the seven beds are divided into three double rooms and one single room, each with an individual touch. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen great meals are cooked with ease and thanks to its size it is the ideal meeting point to review eventful days and plan new adventures. In addition to a spacious bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet is at your disposal.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. One parking space is reserved for you in front of the house. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is situated in the middle of the beautiful mountain village of Falera. Directly in front of the apartment you will find shopping facilities as well as the village bus, which will take you within a few minutes directly to the Falera base station. The post bus stop with direct connections to Flims, Laax and Chur is about 200m away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, swimming, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma, Lake Laax and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
