The 2.5-room apartment is in Flims Oberdorf. Enjoy your holidays in this quietly located apartment with a fantastic view of the Signina Group.
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom was renovated in December 2021. The cozy living-dining room has a fireplace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped. In the “Gartensiedlung Collina” is a sauna (CHF 5.00 / 2 hours), which can be shared. In the private basement compartment, you can use the washing machine and tumbler.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. WLAN are free of charge and an indoor parking spot is reserved for you. Fresh linen is put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
For winter sports enthusiasts, the apartment is perfectly located. The local bus stops just a few meters from the apartment and with the skis you can go directly to the apartment.
In summer you will find the 2 terraces with orientation east and south.
The Flims valley station and shopping facilities are around 1.3 kilometers away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und am Ende des Ski-Tages kann man mit den Skiern zurückfahren.
Allerdings ist sie relativ weit vom Dorf bzw. von den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Super-Markt,…)

Schade ist, dass man am Abreisetag nach dem Ski-Tag den Sauna zum duschen nicht nutzen kann.
