Newly renovated 4 bedroom maisonette apartment in Flims Dorf! The apartment is an absolute bijoux. It convinces with high-quality materials and a mixture of modern and rustic elements. Three bedrooms with one double and four single beds are located on the same floor as the fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and the adjacent bright and spacious living room. A fireplace creates the right atmosphere. Additionally, a bathroom with rain shower is at your disposal. On the upper floor there is another double bed and private shower as well as a large whirlpool bathtub with a panoramic view of the mountains. On the large and sunny terrace an eventful day in the mountains can be enjoyed.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge, a washing machine and a dryer are in the basement. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Decent apartment with good location

The apartment was very close to the bus stop which made it possible to reach the slopes in about 5 minutes in the morning. There was also a ski track leading to about 200 meters away from it, so it was very convenient to reach it with riding at the esee more

Kitchen was well equipped, but it was missing beer and water glasses which was slightly disappointing. Also, we could have benefited from a shoe warming device. Internet connection was perfect, unlike some previous disappointments we’ve had in the area. Overall - it was a very satisfactory stay.

Es gibt auch einen überdachten Parkplatz.

Der Zugang mit den Kinderwagen ist nicht ideal, da man eine Außentreppe oder durch den Garten gehen muss. Am Eingang des Hauses befindet sich ein ungeschützter, erhöhter Treppenabsatz.

Unteres Badezimmer war bei der ankunft nicht so sauber wie gewünscht. Seifenflecken, Haare, dreck. Für 450.- Reinigungskosten erwarte ich, dass alles Perfekt sauber ist
