Central yet quietly located 2 bedroom modern apartment in Flims village, about 5 minutes' walk from the ski lifts, restaurants, shops and bus services. The apartment has a bright living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms: one double and the other twin (suitable for 2 adults / children, or if using the extra full-size pull-out bed, 3 children), a bathroom with bathtub and WC and an additional shower-room with WC. The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. A covered balcony with views to the southwest invites you to enjoy the evening sun after an active day on the mountains.
There is only one other apartment on this floor, with 1 bedroom for 2 persons, which can be rented together.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. There are two car parking spaces reserved for you: one indoor and one outdoor. Before your arrival the beds are made up with fresh linen, the bathrooms and kitchen with fresh towels, all ready for your use. Final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The Flims base station and the new Stenna Center with various shopping facilities and restaurants are just a five minute walk away.

During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Gute Lage ins Skigebiet, allerdings am Hang, kein Shuttle/Bus. Ski müssen bergauf/bergab getragen werden. Anmietung Depot an Gondelbahn möglich.
