Central yet quietly located 1 bedroom modern apartment in Flims village, about 5 minutes walk from the ski lifts, restaurants, shops and bus services. The apartment has a large bright living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and WC and an additional WC room. The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. A covered balcony with mountain views invites you to enjoy the evening sun after an active day on the mountains.
There is only one other apartment on this floor, with 2 bedrooms for 4 to 5 persons, which can be rented together.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. There are two car parking spaces reserved for you: one indoor and one outdoor. Before your arrival the beds are made up with fresh linen, the bathrooms and kitchen with fresh towels, all ready for your use. Final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The Flims base station and the new Stenna Center with various shopping facilities and restaurants are just a five minutes walk away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
