Cosy and sunny 3 bed room maisonette apartment with magnificent views. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds and a single bed with small balcony and a shower. On the upper floor there is the living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as a bedroom with double bed and balcony. On the gallery there is a fireplace and a south-facing balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views to end an eventful day in the mountains.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are also available in the house. An indoor parking spot is reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The apartment is located 100m from the nearest ski bus stop. The base station in Flims as well as various shopping possibilities and restaurants in the Stenna Center can be reached in about 800m.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
