Spend your holiday in this quiet and partially renovated 2-bedroom apartment with a wonderful panoramic view of the Grisons mountains! In the bright apartment, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa. The two bedrooms with double bed and two single beds offer enough space for a family or four adults. The new bathroom with shower is supplemented with an additional toilet and on the sunny balcony, an eventful day in the mountains can end wonderfully.
The Chesa Caglims is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. The apartment has a free underground parking space. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is located in Flims village. The bus stop Casa Caglims is only a few meters away, the valley station Flims as well as shopping facilities are about 1.3 and. 0.7 kilometers away.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Duschmittelablage in Dusche hat in der Mitte keinen Rand und das Duschmittel fällt runter. Eine bessere Ablage bei der nichts runterfällt wäre besser. Ein Dampfkochtopf sollte vorhanden sein, das erachte ich als "normale Mindestausstattung". Im Eingasee more

Im Eingangsbereich sollte entweder ein "Schmutzschleusen"-Teppich sein oder ein Teil mit Bodenplatten damit man mit den Schuhen den Bereich betreten kann. Der sehr schmale Garagenparkplatz ist der hinterste, direkt an der Wand, direkt beim Ausgang von Haus A (obwohl man auf der anderen Seite in Haus B ist), das ist umständlich und unlogisch. Man kann nicht gut parkieren. Die Parkplätze sind kreuz und quer vergeben statt logisch und der Reihe nach.

Einen Kleiderständer im Elternzimmer wäre hilfreich um Ordnung zu halten. Die Küche hat viel bzw. ausreichend Geschirr, doch etwas mehr Gewürze und Salz wäre nett.
