Quiet, newly renovated one bedroom apartment in Flims! Enjoy relaxing days in this bright, comfortable apartment with a box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen and a Valserstein-style bathroom. The sunny balcony offers you a wonderful view of the Grisons mountains and suits perfectly finish an eventful day in the mountains.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge and a parking space is reserved for you outside the house. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is centrally located in Flims Dorf. In winter, the village bus stops right outside the front door. The Flims base station as well as the Stenna Center with shopping facilities is 700m away. 150m from the house on the main road is the Post Flims village, where postbuses and village buses stop all year round.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland. In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
