Quiet and sunny 2 bed room apartment in Flims. The apartment is renovated and there are two bedrooms with double bed and two single beds, an open and fully equipped kitchen. The bright living and dining area offers plenty of space and a fireplace is perfect for cosy winter evenings. A bathroom with bathtub and an additional toilet complete the apartment. On the large and sunny balcony, an eventful day in the mountains ends just perfectly.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. An underground car parking spot is reserved for you.Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The ski free ski shuttle is 5 minutes and the Flims base station 10 minutes away by foot. Shopping facilities are approx. 900m away from the apartment.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
