It impresses with high-quality materials and a blend of modern and rustic elements. Three bedrooms with one double bed and four single beds are located on the same floor as the fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island and the adjacent bright and spacious living area. A fireplace sets the perfect mood. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a rain shower. On the upper floor, you’ll find another double bed, its own shower, as well as a bathtub with panoramic views of the Grisons mountains. The large, sun-drenched terrace is the perfect place to unwind after an adventurous day. Please note that the surrounding construction work is not yet completed, but there will be no noise disturbance. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment.
