Cosy 2 bed room apartment in Flims village. The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen and a living and dining area with fireplace. From the sunny balcony you can enjoy the view over Flims and the Signina Group.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is in a quiet and sunny location, close to the ski bus stop, which is about 4 minutes away. The base station in Flims and the Stenna Center with various shopping and entertainment facilities are 7 minutes.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
