This high quality 2 bedroom apartment in alpine chic style is located in Flims Waldhaus. It offers you two bedrooms with a double bed and three loft beds, an en suite bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is very bright thanks to the loft concept. The modern and open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living and dining room with a comfortable sofa and beautiful parquet flooring. In addition, the apartment has a balcony with a view of the mountains.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. One underground parking garage is reserved for you. Washing machines, tumble dryers and drying racks can be found in the laundry room and there is a secure ski room and bike room located in the basement. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The apartment is located between Flims-Waldhaus and Laax at the forest's edge. The Flims base station and various shopping facilities in the Stenna Center are 1.5 kilometers, the Laax Murschetg base station is 2.1 kilometers away. The bus stop with direct connections to the Flims and Laax valley stations is 100m away and Lake Cauma can be reached by foot in 15 minutes.

The apartment is within 5 minutes walking distance to the famous 5 star Waldhaus Flims hotel where you can enjoy one of the numerous restaurants or relax in the luxurious spa.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available.

During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland. With enough snow you can ski close to the door following the number 6 ski run.

In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Several excellent mountain bike routes are accessible close to the apartment and the well regarded Runca freestyle/freeride flow trail descends just behind the house. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
