Equipment and special features of the apartment
The apartment is in the attic and is very sunny. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and yet very close to the centre. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the famous Flimserstein. The modern kitchen is very well equipped.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. In the basement there is a laundry room. The beds are freshly covered before your arrival, towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are ready for you. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
You can reach the mountain railways in 5 minutes on foot and the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. In winter you are at home within 2 minutes, thanks to the Waldhaus slope. Nearby is the Hapimag Resort with a public indoor swimming pool and sauna.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland. In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

This apartment is spacious and very convenient for the main Flims lift station (5 min walk). We very much enjoyed using the well equipped kitchen - and there’s an excellent Coop store just near the lift station. The free parking in the basement garagsee more

Altogether a pleasant stay - and I would say that the accommodation is even nicer than it appears from the photographs, which is unusual!

Da es eine Dachwohnung ist sollten die Spinnennetze und der Staub auf den Dachpfetten und Dachsparren im Dachgeschoss abgestaupt werden.
