Cosy and quiet 1 bed room apartment in Flims Waldhaus. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The bright and modern kitchen is open to the living and dining area and offers all comforts. From the covered seating area you enjoy a wonderful view of the Crap Sogn Gion and is the perfect ending to an eventful day in the mountains.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine is available on demand and an indoor parking spot is reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The ski bus is just three minutes away. The Flims base station and the Stenna Center with various shopping and entertainment possibilities are 1 kilometer away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
