Quiet and renovated one bedroom apartment in Flims-Waldhaus! Right next to the Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort and around 50m from the end of ski slope no. 6, you can enjoy relaxing days in this bright, comfortable apartment with an open living and dining room as well as a cosy sitting area. The modern and fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom offers all comforts and has a shower and bathtub. The covered seating area is the perfect place to end an eventful day in the mountains. Two deck chairs and an electric grill are also available.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground parking garage, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a drying and ski room are located in the basement. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The apartment is located on the forest's edge in Flims-Waldhaus, whose spa and restaurants can be used for a fee. The Flims valley station and Stenna Center with various shopping facilities are1.3 kilometres away. The nearest bus stop with direct connections to the Flims and Laax valley stations is 500 metres away.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, bietet ausreichend Platz und hat einen schönen und ruhigen Sitzplatz mit einer sehr grossen Wiese (ideal auch für Kinder). Wir waren im Frühling da und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
