Relaxed holidays in Flims-Waldhaus in a wonderful 4.5-room apartment with garden seating area. The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped. In the spacious living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable seating you can enjoy a delicious dinner with your family or friends. In the kitchen you will also find raclette and fondue equipment for a cosy holiday evening. In the summer months, the garden seating area invites you to linger and relax. The apartment offers a room with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a double room, a room with one bunk bed as well as a bathroom with a shower. In the basement there is a ski room, a separate washing tower in the cellar compartment and a parking space in the garage. In addition, a second parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. The sauna is also located in the basement and works with a coin-operated machine.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is situated in Flims-Waldhaus. The bus stop with direct connections to the Flims is only a few meters away. The Flims base station and shopping facilities are 1 kilometer away.

During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep.
