Equipment and special features of the flat

The bright and beautiful 3.5-room flat is located on the top floor of an apartment block in a quiet location and yet right next to the Laax valley station (ski-in/ski-out). The post bus stops with numerous connections to the hiking areas of Flims/Laax/Falera or for a shopping trip to Chur are also just a few minutes' walk from the flat.

The cozy flat with stylish oak parquet flooring has a cloakroom in the entrance area, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large dining table, a bedroom with a double bed (Tempur box-spring beds) and another large bedroom with two single beds - each of which can be pulled out to form a double bed - as well as a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The fully equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine and fridge with freezer compartment is open to the dining area and living room. On the sunny and covered balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful mountain view.

Pets, parties, and smoking are not permitted in the flat. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. The sauna is in the next-door house (coin-operated). Use of the indoor swimming pool is free of charge. The pool is in the neighboring building a stone's throw away from the flat. The lift takes you to the basement, where you will find the ski and laundry room with drying room and coin operated washing dryer facilities. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground car park (the height of the entrance is limited to 1.90 m). The beds will be freshly made before your arrival. Hand, shower, and kitchen towels are ready for you. Linen and final cleaning are included in the total rental price.


Location and environment

The location of the apartment is great with a ski-in/ski-out possibility. In addition to the location directly at the valley station in Laax, there is a wide range of offers for young and old, including various shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and a café.

Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.

In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.
