The flat is located in the attic of a double house above Lake Laax with a south-facing balcony and panoramic view. One bedroom with a double bed (180), in the public room are two cupboard beds. Living-dining room open kitchen with dining table for 4 persons .
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this flat. WLAN and TV with Apple TV are free of charge. The washing machine and dryer for shared use as well as the sauna are located in the basement. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground car park on Via Spenda (5 minutes' walk from the flat).
The beds are freshly made before your arrival, hand towels, shower towels and kitchen towels are ready for you. Linen and final cleaning are included in the total price.
