End your exciting days in the mountains in the bright and aesthetic living room with a cosy fireplace. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a bathroom with a shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open towards the dining area. From the balcony, you have a splendid view of Laax and the mountains.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. In the bathroom you find a washing machine as well as a The apartment has one indoor parking lot. You find public parking spaces in a distance of 100m (CHF 12.- / 24h). Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival. Fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and surroundings
The apartment is located between Falera and Laax with a beautiful view. The shuttle bus that brings you to the valley station in Laax and to Falera stops only a few metres away. After 900m the Volg in Laax can be reached for grocery shopping.
Surrounded by pristine nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski slopes are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, swimming, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma, Lake Laax and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man erwartet. Sie hat einen tollen Blick auf Laax und die Berge, viel Sonne und Licht. Die Ausstattung ist gut und modern, die Räume großzügig bemessen. Der Bus fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe ab. Bei Problemen wird seitens des Vermieters direkt reagiert und das Problem in kürzester Zeit behoben. Wir haben uns durch und durch wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
