Wonderful, modern and romantic luxury 4.5 bedroom apartment in Laax (Salums) with a large balcony and great panoramic mountain views. The sunny and tranquil apartment is located at the end of Salums close to the forest and is just a 5 minute bus ride to the valley station of Laax (Murschetg).

1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a huge window. Beautiful and cozy.
1 bedroom with a 1.40m (French) bed. Big enough for 2 children or young lovers.
1 bedroom with single bed.
1 large bedroom with double bed in the beautifully renovated attic, including an en-Suite bathroom, walk-in closet and lounge area with spectacular views from the panoramic windows.
All bedrooms are brightly lit and nicely decorated.
Bathroom:
Beautifully renovated bathrooms with shower and toilet as well as a separate toilet.
Living room:
Large open living room with dining area. The living room has a dining table for 8 people and a cozy sofa with a large lounge table and flat screen TV (including Blu-Ray and DVD player) as well as WIFI hotspot. Enjoy breath-taking views from the large south-facing balcony or relax and soak in the sun on the deckchairs of the west-facing loggia.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and very modern, including an induction cooktop, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and nespresso coffee machine.
Interior:
The apartment has been completely renovated. It was renovated with beautiful, contemporary materials and large windows. Modern Swiss chalet-chic-style with great attention to details can be found in this apartment.
Additional amenities:
In addition to the already mentioned amenities, the apartment also offers a Blu-Ray and DVD collection as well as a boardgame collection.
Cleaning fee:
The price of the final cleaning includes bed linen and 2 bath towels per person.

Privat, gemütlich, an herrlicher Lage

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, ganz ruhig am Waldrand und doch nah an Laax und Flims (allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist - zumindest im Sommer - nicht ganz ideal).

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, ganz ruhig am Waldrand und doch nah an Laax und Flims (allerdings ist ein Auto von Vorteil, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist - zumindest im Sommer - nicht ganz ideal).
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, praktisch und ohne Firlefanz. Einzig die sehr steile Holztreppe ins Obergeschoss ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Wer da nicht trittsicher ist, bleibt besser im Erdgeschoss. Dafür macht die Lage diesen kleinen Nachteil vollkommen wett: wer zu Fuss oder mit den Mountainbikes unterwegs ist, braucht nur vor die Haustüre zu treten, und kann schon losfahren oder wandern. Der Golfplatz von Sagogn ist 10 Minuten entfernt und sehr schön zu spielen. Und wer zu Hause bleiben will hat zwei Terrassen zum Relaxen zur Verfügung - beide mit herrlichen Blicken übers Rheintal und in die Berge hinein. |

- Eine gute Erschliessung des Obergeschosses über eine architektonisch richtig angelegte Treppe würde die gesamte Wohnung enorm aufwerten (auch das Erdgeschoss mit dem im Moment halb versperrten Zugang zur zentralen Toilette des Hauses).
