The high-quality apartment offers you two bedrooms with a double and two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub as well as a bathroom with shower. The modern and open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the bright living and dining room with a cozy sofa and a wonderful wooden floor. In addition, the apartment has a spacious and sunny balcony with a lounge.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. An indoor parking spot is reserved for you, a washing machine and a tumble dryers can be found in the in the basement. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and environment
The Laax Murschetg base station, shopping facilities, restaurants and bars in the Rocks Resort are just a 5 minute walk away.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. Very good central location, easy to approach. Extremely clean and spacious, very well equipped. The huge balcony is so amazing, good to be there after a hard day and just relax. The bedroom is quite comfy! The services like washing machine and dryesee more

The bedroom is quite comfy! The services like washing machine and dryer is also comfortable, as the closed garage. The main house is clean as well, the environment around is well-kept and nice. Is was go be there in every aspects. Highly recommended. Thanks for the friendly and helpful attitude especially from Elisabeth! See you soon, maybe in the next winter season. Cheers, Attila
