The apartment has a large living room with a dining area, 3 bedrooms (2, 3, 2 beds), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator), 2 bathrooms (bath / shower / sink / toilet and sink / toilet ) and a large south-facing balcony with views of the forest and mountains. Two of the bedrooms are under a pitched roof, which gives the rooms a special charm.
The direct location at the Laax Murschetg base station offers you a wide range of activities, as well as various bars and restaurants. The perfect place for a holiday in the unique mountain world of the Flims Laax Falera region.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the basement. There ist one indoor car parking space reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Schade, dass die meisten Ferienwohnungen nicht modern eingerichtet sind! Hier könnten die Eigentümer etwas mehr investieren, doch braucht es dies halt nicht, da die Mieter bereit sind, die Mietpreise für die nicht sehr attraktiven Möblierungen zu bezsee more

Bei großen Wohnungen müssen auch 2 Parkplätze angeboten werden. Auf vorherige Nachfrage wurden wir auf die Ankunft vertröstet. Dort hieß es dann, dass alles ausgebucht wäre. Leider haben wir bei unserer täglichen 'Kontrolle der Tiefgarage festgestellsee more

Wir vermieten in diesem Haus 3 Ferienwohnungen, welche alle gebucht waren und somit auch kein weiterer Parkplatz frei war. Die anderen Parkplätze und Vermietungen werden nicht durch uns verwaltet.
