Modern 4.5-Room Apartment Directly at the Laax Valley Station! This apartment has been lovingly renovated with great attention to detail and offers ample space for a carefree family vacation. It features one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms, each with two single beds. The spacious living room invites you to relax and spend quality time together after an exciting day on the mountain. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining area. Additionally, you have access to a generous, sunlit balcony with views of the Grisons mountains.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are provided free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. The final cleaning fee is included in the total price.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, it’s very well presented, spacious and comfortable. It has great amenities and was a highlight of our holiday. It does have only one bathroom but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Die Einstellhalle war praktisch leer, trotzdem konnten wir keinen zusätzlichen Platz dazu mieten. Die Parkplätze im Rock sind relativ teuer für eine Woche.
