Modern 3-bedroom apartment directly at the valley station in Laax!
The apartment has been beautifully renovated and offers a lot of space for care-free holidays with the family. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms equipped with two single beds each. The big living room is inviting for spending relaxing evenings together after an eventful day on the mountain. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open towards to dining area. Additionally, you have a spacious and sunny balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine as well as dryer are also available in the basement of the building. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and environment
The apartment has a great location, directly at the Laax Murschetg base station. Restaurants, bars and shops as well as the slopes are only a few steps away.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometres of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss freshwater mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, it’s very well presented, spacious and comfortable. It has great amenities and was a highlight of our holiday. It does have only one bathroom but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Die Einstellhalle war praktisch leer, trotzdem konnten wir keinen zusätzlichen Platz dazu mieten. Die Parkplätze im Rock sind relativ teuer für eine Woche.
