It has four double bedrooms, two with double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunkbed. A nice, bright and cozy living room with very a comfortable lounge and a fireplace is awaiting you.
The direct location at the Laax Murschetg base station offers you a wide range of activities, as well as various bars and restaurants. The perfect place for a holiday in the unique mountain world of the Flims Laax Falera region.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the basement. There is one indoor car parking space reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und heimelig. Ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr gross mit eigenem Bad und Waschmaschine. Due anderen Zimmer eher klein, aber genügend Stauraum. Wohnzimmer/Küche ist auch recht gross und es ist alles vorhanden, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlsee more
Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und heimelig. Ein Schlafzimmer ist sehr gross mit eigenem Bad und Waschmaschine. Due anderen Zimmer eher klein, aber genügend Stauraum. Wohnzimmer/Küche ist auch recht gross und es ist alles vorhanden, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler, Geschirrspühler, Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher. Kaffeemaschine braucht Pads die es im Volg nicht gibt.
Lift von der Tiefgarage direkt vor die Türe. Grosse Balkone auf beiden Seiten. Eigener Skiraum mit direktem Durchgang zu den Bahnen. Mann kann in der Piazza Kaffee holen, ohne das Haus zu verlassen. Better tiptop angezogen mit genügend Duschtüchern. |

Man müsste renovieren, die Fenster sind nicht dicht, die Möbel sehr alt und fleckig. Die Küchenmöbel sind etwas speckig durch das Alter und in diversen Schränken haben wir irgendwelche Überreste gefunden. Duschvorhang müsste dringend ersetzt werden.see more
