Lovely furnished 1 bedroom apartment, very centrally located in Flims!
The apartment has a combined sleeping- and living area, one bathroom with a bath tub and an eating area. After an eventful day in the mountains, the fully equipped kitchen welcomes you to cook a delicious dinner. From the terrace, you enjoy a view of the river.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. In addition, a parking space can be reserverd for a fee. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.
Location and environment
The apartment is situated very centrally in Flims Dorf. The Flims Post bus stop with direct connections to the Flims base station is located 450 m, shopping facilities and the Flims base station 600m from the apartment.
Surrounded by unspoiled nature, the Flims-Laax-Falera region is a first-class recreation area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities available. During the winter season, 28 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 224 kilometers of internationally awarded ski runs are on your doorstep. Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Beschreibungen sehr gut und real. Die Küche ist ideal ausgestattet. Im Bad erlauben genug WC-Papier und eine Seife den optimalen Start in den Urlaub und die erste Einkaufsliste enthält nicht "mal zuerst das Wichtigste". Sehsee more
