This high-quality studio with oak parquet flooring, a fireplace, and a south-facing balcony with breathtaking views offers all the comfort needed for couples and solo travelers. The small but well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom features a bathtub. The queen-size Murphy bed can be extended with the sofa bed to provide additional sleeping space.
NEW: The apartment now offers the added convenience of its own charging station for electric vehicles.
"Fair Use" you can fully charge your vehicle one to two times per week.
The prime location at the Laax Murschetg base station, with a wide range of activities for both young and old, as well as various bars and restaurants, ensures carefree vacation days in the unique mountain world of the Flims Laax Falera region.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. You can use the large indoor pool, Wi-Fi, and digital TV for free, and the sauna is available for a small fee. A reserved parking space in the garage is provided, and a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.
