The apartment is charmingly furnished and has a small, renovated and fully equipped kitchen and dish washer. Newly renovated bathroom in May 2022. From the garden you have a beautiful view over the mountains.
The direct location at the Laax Murschetg base station offers you a wide range of activities, as well as various bars and restaurants. The perfect place for a holiday in the unique mountain world of the Flims Laax Falera region.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in this wonderful apartment. WLAN and digital TV are free of charge. A washing machine and a dryer are also available in the basement. There ist one indoor car parking space reserved for you. Fresh linen are put on the beds before your arrival, fresh towels in the bathrooms and kitchen are ready for you to use. A final house cleaning is included in the total price.

Thanks to its altitude, LAAX is considered as one of the ski resorts with highest snow security in Switzerland.
In summer, the magnificent mountains around Flims-Laax-Falera invite you to go hiking, biking, golfing and much more. Adventurers will find exciting routes in the high rope course in Flims or climb the Via Ferrata Pinut to reach the summit of the Flimserstein rock face. Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - two of the most beautiful Swiss fresh water mountain lakes are wonderful places to sit back and relax. The spectacular Rhine Gorge is in immediate vicinity of the apartment and can be explored on foot, on two wheels or directly in the water.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts großartiges auszusetzen. Die kleine Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Tiefgarage ist im Preis. Alles prima. Das Bad könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen, wobei das Jammern auf hohem Niveau ist.see more

Für die Endreinigung werden unverschämte 230.- Franken verlangt. Als wäre das nicht schlimm genug wird einem aufgetragen die Betten abzuziehen, den Kühlschrank auszuwischen und auszukehren. Das passt leider nicht zusammen.
